Menelik Andika came to Telecom4Good in early 2020, assisting Telecom4Good as a Carrier Services Associate managing our ISP relationships throughout Africa.

Menelik leads our Internet Co-op program and our Proactive Meraki Support and ISP Management program in Nairobi, Kenya to solve day-to-day challenges with our NGO client’s networks and ISPs globally. His extensive ISP executive relationships help us solve internet-related issues with their leadership, not their support teams.

Menelik has a growing background in IT networks and solving issues for our NGO clients.

Menelik is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking and finds happiness in helping others.

Menelik holds a Cisco CCNA Certification in addition to Cisco CCS-SIMI and CSAA certification and specialized in Cisco Meraki engineering.

In Menelik’s free time, he loves traveling, photography, participating in charity events, and supporting initiatives that help the less fortunate in children’s homes.
