Shirlyne Kavai joined Telecom4Good in March 2018 as a Project Associate. Based in Nairobi, Kenya, she took the lead in Managing our NGO client help desk. She was an early believer in the power of technology that impacts the lives of local and rural communities.
Shirlyne is a self-motivated professional with a strong passion for data. She is also dedicated to transforming business needs into technical needs and providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
Shirlyne has handled thousands of tickets from our NGO clients. Our NGO clients have praised her for addressing the issues and never giving them an “I Don’t Know” answer to any technology-related challenge.
Besides listening to or playing music, she loves reading and traveling to new places.
