Step 1. Quick discovery and strategy (30 minutes)
We schedule a 30 minute strategy and planning call to identify one or two high-impact use cases to start with, such as donor FAQs, volunteer onboarding, or internal staff support. This call also walks you through the onboarding process so you know exactly what to expect.

We connect to your website and upload your documents so the assistant learns only from your nonprofit’s content.
