What is the standard shipping time after the order is placed?

On average, our orders ship within 24-48 hours. However, the global supply chain and chip shortage has delayed shipping on some products. Regardless of your order, you will receive continuous updates on its shipping status and when you can expect delivery.

Does you offer 50% or more discounts on license renewals?

Yes, depending on the time of year, typically at the end of each quarter and the end of the year. Sometimes, Cisco will also enables us to provide a discount of more than 50%.

Do you ship internationally?

We use three of Cisco’s largest global distributors to ship products through our international distributors. We’ll ship your equipment to the closet distribution hub, as this improves shipping time as well as RMAs.
